Refund policy
Draft: reviewed by the owner, not by a lawyer. Consumer law where you live, and the rules of the checkout provider, may give you rights beyond what is written here.
The policy
The kit is a digital download. If the files are defective or materially not as described on the website, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
What counts
- A file that will not open, or arrives incomplete, and that I cannot fix or replace.
- A formula that gives wrong results under the documented rules and that I cannot correct.
- Contents that are materially different from the list on the kit page.
What does not count
- Changing your mind after downloading.
- The kit not being a CRM, billing tool or legal contract. The kit page says so before you buy.
- A compatibility limit that is stated on the kit page, such as Notion files being imports rather than a template link.
How to ask
Email monsibdtheadventurer@gmail.com or use the support form. Include the email address used at checkout and what is wrong. I will try to fix the problem first if that is what you prefer, and will reply as soon as I can.
Refunds are paid back through the checkout provider, Lemon Squeezy, to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank and payment method.
