Buying
Purchases are made through a hosted checkout run by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Its terms apply to the payment. You receive a download link by email. Price and what is included are as shown on the kit page when you buy.
Licence
Use of the files is governed by the licence: personal, single business, no resale or sharing.
Refunds

No advice
The kit and this site are provided for general business organisation. They are not legal, tax, financial or professional advice. The templates are not legally binding contracts. Have your own qualified adviser review any terms you agree with clients or any wording you rely on.
No guarantee
The files are provided as they are. No result, saving or income is promised. Check calculations against your own figures before you rely on them. Compatibility is described on the kit page, including what was not tested.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of income or data, arising from use of the files, and my total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.
Acceptable use

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If something goes wrong, email first and we will try to sort it out directly. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.
